Mansa District Map
The Mansa district constitutes a total area of 2174 sq. km. It is located on the rail line between Bathinda- Jind- Delhi section and also on the Barnala- Sardulgargh Sirsa road. Mansa has a population of 6,88,630 (as per 2001 census). Most of the people of Mansa district depend on agriculture to earn their livelihood. The district is famous for its production of "Cotton" and is commonly referred to as the "Area of White Gold". However Mansa is industrially backward with few industries in the urban areas.
